- Extension version and Flarum version
- Whether it happens with a default theme/no other extensions (helps separate extension vs. theme/CSS)

- Browser console (F12 → Console) for any errors when the profile loads.
- Whether disabling any custom CSS/theme extension changes the behavior — a blank-until-click menu is often a styling/contrast issue (e.g., white text on white background).
